About

The Afognak Youth Charity Golf Tournament is an annual charitable event hosted by Afognak Native Corporation. Money raised through the tournament goes on to support youth programs run by Native Village of Afognak and Native Village of Port Lions Tribes.

The Anchorage Golf Course located on the lower hillside of South Anchorage, is a 6600 yard, public 18-hole course. Designed by renowned golf course architect, Bill Newcomb, the course is framed by the magnificent views of the Chugach Mountain Range, the Anchorage city skyline, Cook Inlet, and Mt. McKinley.The golf season at Anchorage Golf Course runs from May to mid-October.
