Kikkan Randall!
Joining us this year, on behalf of the Native Village of Afognak and Native Village of Port Lions, is our 2026 celebrity guest, Olympic Gold Medalist Kikkan Randall.
Kikkan is one of the most decorated cross-country skiers in United States history, having earned 13 World Cup victories, an Olympic gold medal, and three World Cup Overall Sprint Championship titles over her 20-year international career. Most recently, Kikkan was inducted into the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame.
Following her retirement, Kikkan survived a battle with breast cancer and has continued to inspire others as a motivational speaker and Executive Director of the Nordic Skiing Association of Anchorage – all while raising her two children here in Anchorage. She is an inspiration to many, and we thank her for joining the Afognak Alutiiq community at this year’s tournament.
